TellOne products have 12 to 18 months or basic warranty, allowing the customer to utilize machines with confidence.

Various warranty types for all machines depend on customer requirements and are classified in three different categories:

1- Gold (1):

- All electrical and mechanical components are under 18 months or warranty in accordance to the warranty card specifications.
- Outer housing of the machine has18 months of warranty against rust and corrosion.
- The machine has full insurance against damage, flood, earthquake, submergence, electricity fluctuations (2) or theft (3) for 12 months.

2- Silver (4):

- All electrical and mechanical components are under 12 months or warranty in accordance to the warranty card specifications.
- The machine has full insurance against damage, flood, earthquake, submergence, electricity fluctuations2 or theft3 for 12 months.

3- Bronze:
- All electrical and mechanical components are under 12 months or warranty in accordance to the warranty card specifications.

 

Notes:
1 & 4: Silver and Gold packages can be purchased at the time of contract signature.
2: Coverage against electricity fluctuations varies for places other than Tehran.
3: Theft insurance is only available for machines installed in protected locations.
